Royal Mail 2 day delivery - order values of £29.99 or under - a snip at £2.75 per address. That's the cost of a sandwich for priceless knowledge. Hand delivered to anywhere in the UK. Live at the end of an unpaved track or up a mountain? We'll get to you, courtesy of the Royal Mail.
Royal Mail 2 day delivery - order values of £35 or over - FREE

EUROPE - AIRMAIL

£2.25 per address + £1.00 per item

REST OF WORLD - AIRMAIL

£3.40 per address + £1.80per item

Delivery Times UK
Normally, if the delivery address is in the UK, your order should reach you within a week of despatch. However, the Royal Mail ask you to wait 2 weeks before making a delivery enquiry.

Delivery Times Overseas
If the delivery address is outside the UK, delivery will, of course, take longer (1-3 weeks for Europe, and 2-4 weeks for Rest of World). All overseas orders are despatched by Airmail.

Temporarily out of stock items

Occasionally, one or more of the items you ordered may be temporarily out of stock. These items will be forwarded separately, as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. There is no extra charge for postage, and your card will not be debited for these items until we are ready to send them. You will be informed of any temporarily out of stock items at the time of your order!

No Quibble Cancellation & Returns Policy

We like to make returns as easy for you as possible.

If you don't like something, simply return it to us in its original condition and we will refund the full cash value of your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the case of DVDs, CDs and Vinyl, we can accept returns only if the seal has not been broken, unless the DVD or CD is faulty. In the case of downloadable products we cannot accept returns or refunds because of the ephemeral yet indelible potentialities inherent in the digital medium.
