The Good Tarot by Colette Baron-Reid
Blending ancient divination systems with modern positive psychology, this unique tarot deck is filled with energetic affirmations, powerful archetypes and inspiring guidance. Grounded in a divination system that dates back centuries, The Good Tarot has a psychic architecture that's more simple and modern, rooted in contemporary positive psychology. Its heart is in the expression of the highest good for all.
The 78 cards in the deck are read as archetypal aspects of the human experience that we may encounter within ourselves, with others or in the world. The suits in The Good Tarot are the four elements, with Air standing in for the traditional Swords, Water replacing Cups, Earth for Pentacles, and for Wands, Fire. A crucial difference from traditional decks is that the cards' messages are all written as affirmations in the present tense, rather than forecasts, instructions or warnings.
Instead of being told what to do, those who use the cards can integrate their energy immediately and personally. 'Everyone wants guidance during times of uncertainty, a light shining in the dark', Colette writes. 'The Good Tarot is especially helpful when you feel lost, want confirmation about a direction you're heading in, are concerned about the results of choices you've made or seek greater understanding of your circumstances.
It's about recognizing the many forms of truth and seeing the light that accompanies the shadow so you can help the light increase its brilliance.'

Alchemical Tarot: Renewed: 6th edition by Robert Place
£35.00
This is the latest edition of my Alchemical Tarot, based on alchemical symbolism. The art is mostly the same as the 4th and 5th editions, but there are some changes. The background skies are blue instead of the parchment backgrounds found on the previous editions. The World card has changed and there are some changes on other cards. The biggest change is that there are now 80 cards in the deck. Besides the traditional 78 cards there are two versions of the Lovers cards, as in previous editions, and there is a new 22nd trump called Truth. Truth is based on a vision that Rosemary Ellen Guiley, Robert's partner on the book for the first edition, had after that edition was published. Hermes Trismegistus came to her in night and presented the 22nd trump to her. The author has included his illustration of this vision in the deck. Also the cards have silver edges, they come in a two-part cloth covered box, and there is a little book included. It is recommended that to fully understand the deck you purchase Robert's latest book, The Tarot, Magic, Alchemy, Hermeticism, and Neoplatonism.
